What services does Battle Born Clothing offer?
We offer four core services: custom screen printing (including DTF transfers), embroidery, laser engraving, and authorized industrial workwear from Carhartt and Red Kap. We handle everything from single custom hats to runs of 5,000+ pieces for mining and industrial companies.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Embroidery, DTF and laser engraving have no minimum -- we'll do a single hat. Screen printing has no hard minimum, but we recommend 48 pieces or more per design, because the $20-per-color screen setup makes up most of the price on smaller runs. Under 48 pieces, DTF transfers usually come in cheaper. See all pricing.
What is DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing?
DTF prints your design onto a special film that is then heat-pressed onto the garment. It works on virtually any fabric color, handles photo-quality detail and unlimited colors, and is ideal for smaller runs where screen printing setup costs don't make sense.
How long does a typical order take?
Standard turnaround is about 21 days (three weeks) from approved proof. Need it sooner? Rush production is available when blanks are in stock and artwork is print-ready, and it is quoted per job. Most quotes are returned the same business day. Turnaround and rush details.
